Erick Lemon serves as the Director of Digital Strategies and Innovation at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) Libraries. With over 25 years of experience in information technology and academic leadership, Erick has consistently demonstrated a commitment to advancing innovative solutions in healthcare education, research, and digital systems.

Since 2018, Erick has reshaped MUSC Libraries' IT infrastructure, leading the integration of cutting-edge technologies to enhance the institution's teaching, learning, research, and clinical missions. His leadership spans the development of user-friendly library systems, managing dual-platform environments, overseeing public computing infrastructure, and spearheading the implementation of innovative digital strategies. He is also instrumental in managing the DREAM Studio (Design, Research, Education, and Additive Manufacturing), a makerspace fostering collaboration in 3D printing, VR, and healthcare technology.
